I’m Alex Kydd, an Australian travel and nature photographer and filmmaker with over a decade of experience capturing the world’s wild and remote places. My work spans everything from polar landscapes to life beneath the surface, with a focus on creating authentic, cinematic visuals that feel honest and timeless.

With a background in Marine Biology, I bring a deeper understanding of the environments I work in. My approach goes beyond aesthetics, documenting real moments, natural systems, and the sense of adventure that comes with exploring these places.

Alongside client work, I lead photography expeditions to destinations around the world, giving others the opportunity to learn, explore, and experience these environments firsthand.
